Trinity was founded in 1987 with only three employees. Though it was a small team, the company earned its clients’ confidence because of its eager service that goes the extra mile. This enabled Trinity to grow and expand its operations. In 1994, Trinity Healthcare Services (THS) was established to provide Employee Benefits to its clients. In 2004, Trinity Insurance Brokers Cebu opened its doors to meet the needs of the country's shipping capital.
From a company that made PHP 3 million in premiums in 1987, it grew to become one of the leading independent insurance brokers of the country. In 2015, it surpassed PHP 1 billion of premiums, and just four years after that, it breached the PHP 2 billion mark. Even the height of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 didn’t deter Trinity from achieving a new milestone as it jumped from the 12th place to the 9th place on the list of the top insurance brokers based on the latest data from the Insurance Commission. Aside from being an insurance broker, Trinity is also the 6th largest reinsurance broker in the Philippines.
