The law ensures that every Filipino is entitled to have mental healthcare, free from discrimination.

With the said plan, it helps the employees to get the support that they need with mental health concerns. They can book a session with a licensed counselor or a life coach. This allows them to acquire professional help whenever necessary.

COVERAGE OF MINDSCAPES
Mindscapes believes that everyone deserves access to better mental healthcare. It recognizes employee’s ability to cope and manage stress through its outstanding and comprehensive benefits. This program can be integrated with the client’s existing HMO with Trinity or can also be offered as a standalone service to employees and their dependents.
Expanded Coverage
Mind Check
This service covers mental health assessment/screening using different psychological tests such as the Perceived Stress Scale, Depression Scale, and Anxiety Scale. These screenings are available for the first month of the contract, with members having one-time access.
24/7 Chat Support
The 24/7 Chat Support service includes an online messaging platform where members can consult with Trained Mental Health Associates (MHAs). This service acts as a counseling triage system, where members are provided with initial intervention based on their mental health concerns. Members will also be given unlimited sessions per year.
24/7 MS Helpline
Along with the Chat Support, members will have an online Call Support service with Trained Mental Health Responders (MHRs). This helpline also serves as a counseling triage system where members can have unlimited sessions per year.
Mind Care
The Mind Care service provides counseling sessions with a Licensed Counselor or Life Coach. Members will have one session per year, with 24/7 online booking. In which sessions may last up to 45 to 60 minutes in duration.
Free Services
Included in the Mindscapes platform, members will also have one-year access to Mental Health Assessment Tools, where they can acquire analytical tools for stress, anxiety, and depression, and Mental Health Literacy, where they are provided with one-year access to various mental health literacy tools, such as publications, short videos, and posters.
These coverages can benefit the employees as they give knowledge about their mental health. With this, they will be able to manage their stress as it also supports employees in their well-being.
